3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content published on the DigiLamp store — including but not limited to the trading name, logo, graphic design, product descriptions, photographs created by DigiLamp, and any original written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of DigiLamp or its authorized licensors, and is protected under Spanish intellectual property law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, approving the Intellectual Property Act) and applicable international copyright conventions.

Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or commercial exploitation of DigiLamp's original content, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of DigiLamp is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

 

3.1 THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Some products sold by DigiLamp may feature characters, imagery, names, or trademarks that are the intellectual property of third parties, including but not limited to Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. (owner of the Digimon franchise). DigiLamp does not claim ownership of any such third-party intellectual property.

DigiLamp operates as an independent international reseller. Any reference to third-party brands, characters, or trademarks is solely for descriptive and identification purposes and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by the respective intellectual property owners.

 

4. CONDITIONS OF USE

Access to and use of the DigiLamp store is subject to the following conditions:

• The user must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained verifiable parental or legal guardian consent.
• The user agrees to use the store solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of DigiLamp or any third party.

DigiLamp's total liability to any user for any claim arising in connection with the use of the store shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user for the relevant order, where applicable.

For any dispute not resolved amicably, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights and jurisdiction rules applicable in the customer's country of residence.
