1. SCOPE
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the DigiLamp online store, regardless of the customer's country of residence. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the shipping terms, timelines, and conditions set forth in this Policy.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders placed with DigiLamp are subject to a processing period before shipment. Processing includes order verification, quality control inspection, and packaging preparation.
Standard processing time: 1 to 3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays and international holidays that may affect our operations. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
During high-demand periods — including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas season, and major sale events — processing times may be extended by an additional 1 to 3 business days. DigiLamp will notify customers of any significant delays via email.
Important: The processing period is separate from and in addition to the shipping transit time. The total estimated delivery time is the sum of both periods.
3. SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated shipping transit time is:

Transit times are estimates provided by our logistics partners and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by the following factors, which are beyond DigiLamp's control:

Customers should plan their purchases based on the following total estimated delivery timeline:

These timeframes apply under normal operating conditions. DigiLamp strongly recommends allowing additional buffer time for deliveries intended for special occasions, time-sensitive events, or destinations with known customs delays.
5. SPECIAL DATES AND TIME-SENSITIVE DELIVERIES
DigiLamp does not guarantee delivery by any specific date. Estimated delivery windows are provided for general guidance only and do not constitute a contractual commitment to deliver by a particular date.
DigiLamp expressly disclaims any liability for failure to deliver by dates of personal significance, including but not limited to:
Strong recommendation: For time-sensitive deliveries, DigiLamp advises placing orders a minimum of 20 to 30 calendar days before the desired delivery date, especially for international shipments. During the Christmas season (November–December), we recommend ordering no later than November 20th to allow sufficient margin.
6. SHIPMENT TRACKING
All DigiLamp orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided. DigiLamp recommends checking the tracking status regularly, particularly as the package approaches its destination.
If the tracking information has not been updated for more than 10 business days, or if the package is marked as delivered but has not been received, the customer must contact DigiLamp at digilampp@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the last tracking update.
7. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight/dimensions of the order. The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
In cases of return due to the customer's change of mind (withdrawal/cancellation), return shipping costs are borne by the customer, as detailed in the DigiLamp Return & Refund Policy.
DigiLamp is not responsible for any additional charges applied by the destination country's customs authorities, including but not limited to import duties, VAT, or handling fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
DigiLamp ships internationally from Spain. Depending on the destination country, orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country's government or customs authority.
These charges are entirely outside DigiLamp's control and are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout. The customer is solely responsible for:
DigiLamp strongly recommends that customers familiarize themselves with their country's import regulations before placing an order. Refusal to pay customs charges that results in the package being returned or destroyed does not entitle the customer to a refund of the original order or shipping costs.
9. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
The customer is fully responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of purchase. DigiLamp cannot be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to DigiLamp due to an incorrect address, the customer may request re-shipment upon payment of the applicable re-shipping costs. If the customer does not wish to receive re-shipment, a partial refund of the product price may be issued, minus the original shipping costs and any return handling fees.
10. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
A package is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 30 calendar days of the estimated delivery date and tracking information shows no movement or update for more than 15 consecutive business days.

DigiLamp will not process claims for lost packages reported more than 60 calendar days after the original dispatch date.
11. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If a package arrives visibly damaged, the customer must:
DigiLamp will assess the claim and, where damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
12. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR SHIPPING DELAYS
DigiLamp partners with independent third-party logistics providers and carriers. While DigiLamp selects reliable shipping partners and makes every reasonable effort to dispatch orders promptly, DigiLamp cannot guarantee uninterrupted or delay-free delivery services.
DigiLamp shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, disappointment, or additional expenses incurred by the customer as a result of a shipping delay, including delays caused by high-demand periods, customs processing, carrier errors, or force majeure events.
